I dealt with Santander who everyone complains about and I had the best experience with them. Hyundai I had to beg for them to send my first payment information and by the time I got it I was on the 2nd months payment! I called the dealership and the guy who sold me the car with no help. I called and a customer service rep told me it is what is is when I told him its ridiculous that we cant use our debit card to make a payment online but we have to call and they charge us $4-8 to use our debit card! Make it easy for us! User's recommendation: Don’t.
