Paid off a car in December of 2020 in full, still have not received a title. repeated request they say they'll send it in 3 to 5 days. This is since December they refuse to call the title department and refuse to put a supervision on. The title department has NO PHONE !! They are the best reason not to do business with Hyundai Motor Finance. They are rude and repeat the same word trac over and over. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
