Ordered 2 dresses. Didn’t like the floral pattern definition and quality of the fabric. My problem vegan when I wanted to return the item, they gave me a song and a dance and made it very difficult

The company is Chinese. Got connected with people in LA. They wanted to know exactly why I didn’t like the dress, sent me their no return policy suggesting I couldn’t return the item, wanted several pictures from different angles before returning, wouldn’t issue a return label like any decent American business would. Requested a tracking #, they wouldn’t pay the return, I went to the postal service to ship package with insurance on me and tracking #. All in all, giving birth would have been easier. Do Not Recommend Sebellamore to nobody. Horrible experience. Every week now I get a new request to submit something for my long awaiting and overdue credit. Just this morning got another email requesting proof of shipping. Pure harassment. Quality of dress is poor, price is reasonable, but isn’t worth the hasstle.
