I ordered items in January 2019. They were dispatched in three parcels and I received two of them - clothes were cheap and nasty and far too small. Still waiting for the third parcel to arrive and emailed them three times receiving a standard response that parcel was on its way. Last week I asked for a refund in a fourth email but just received same standard response items were on their way!
