Don’t Bother!!

Organisation fail to realise their return policy is invalid for international shipping. If you choose to return they never tell you they receive the products and continue to refuse any return payment for the products even though you never even opened the package - their logic states 30 days well if it takes 16+ days to get to your country how does that work to send it back in 14 days? Then when you explain this you talk with at least 5 different members of their customer service team who all say the same pre-generated script and tell you we can only give store credit which you never actually ever see, even if you don't want it and you clearly explain this every time you talk to their multiple staff members. I've never had such an issue with a company before and actually never with them as I'd ordered previous years with no issue but the first time you decide you would like to return the company don't want to deal with it. I'd recommend to anyone to save their money and go and just buy a planner somewhere else - the stickers on etsy can still be used and it works out a lot cheaper in the long run. If their customer services policy is to annoy customers to never buy again, they're currently doing a rather good job.
