I don’t have a good feeling…

I have been trying to contact this company in reference to a trip booked which I will assume is cancelled due to covid19 restrictions.... Is anyone there to help with refunds?? I will be contacting credit card company to dispute. User's recommendation: ahh no I don't think so...
