Cannot get my phone to accept voice mail

Called wow support 4 times. Spent 5 hours on this. My phone will not accept messages. Now they tell me this has to go tier 3 and then they will decide if I need a tech. The hospital has been calling me but how would I know it doesn't show any messages. Girl said she would have tier 3 call me but how will that work when I cannot get messages. I have had wow since 2007 since in the last few years it has gotten really bad. You have 1 1/2 stars, tell you anything? Stay away from Wow User's recommendation: Stay away from Wow.
