Room rented and not clean

People was having problem when I first arrived, bugs, switching rooms, getting refunds. When I checked in 226 bath tub, dirty, beds not straight.AC on 61 degrees I guess to kill marijuana smell went back to night clerk she wanted to switch room but was given cleaning supplies. Wife found ashtrays, ashes and paper under bed.
