The toll free number on the confirmation has been disconnected, I called another number i found and got a person, however, when I told them to cancel and refund, they said the order was already with the shipper, kept putting me on hold. Finally came back and said they cannot cancel the order because it was with the shipper, i asked for the tracking #, they gave me a bogus # told me I could not track it because Fedex was down.
