I hope you will find it disappointing too, until now, it is very frustrating that I have not received any response from PLDT or any advice on actions that they will provide to me User's recommendation: Get a contact number of a person that you may call anytime you need assistance to prevent any frustrations and disappointment for non-action of your request.
