Complaint regaining furniture quality

Had mattress since March. Noticed huge tear on seam Sunday. Called VC tech came next day. Noted 8 inch rip. When sheet was pulled back he saw "a stain". And noted no mattress cover. We were never offered one at time of purchase. The "stain" was new and still wet since it was condensation from my ice water and lemon I was drinking when he showed up!. When I called two days later tech said with the stain and no cover warranty void. My husband was furious when he got on phone trying to explain and they didn't want to hear it.Dont User's recommendation: Don't spend thousands of dollars or 5 cents there. They believe customers are lying!!
