Issue with my delivery

I had a delivery my headboard was broken and never lighted up. They had someone come out to fix it but couldnt then they issued a new delivery date for a new one. I moved and changed the delivery address the delivery guy said since the old headboard wasnt here Value City Furniture said I couldnt get the new headboard and any issues to call them.
