Ive been lied to by the delivery manager at your Newport News store about my missing pieces I have not received a call back so as far as Im concerned your store is garbage I know my response will fall on death ears as always and I will going tell everyone I can to never shop at value city they have the worst service in history I will never step foot in your store again and wish I could bring my set back and get my money back User's recommendation: Go anywhere else but not value city.
