Would like to exchange the mattress cover for the one with the elastic.when the item came I realize it's the zippered one so I'm asking if I could get an exchange. I did not.open the package. I only remove it from the box it came in. The next thing it should have been delivered on March 23rd it did not arrive until March 28th the box was opened cut at the top and down the side as if it went around the world. Please help me get an exchange. Thanks.
