We loved our bed and motion frame until it stop working in a up right position. We called Mattresses Firm they try walking my wife through the steps to get it working again and was no help . They sent a new remote. We call Mattresses Firm again no help they said they would need to sent the now third remote and never got it . So I got on the phone with Mattresses Firm and talk a very nice lady and she help me get the mattress to go down . After my wife got home went back in there to show her and it want move again . I would love to have my money back on this pice of crap that we payed lots of money for . User's recommendation: Run.
