Update by user May 25, 2021 Still no refund Original review posted by user May 25, 2021 Flights was cancelled on March 2020 for Covid 19, they received a refund from Turkish Airlines but never returned the money back to me. I have been trying to contact them for over a year now, they keep promising the refund but they never do, such a horrible experience and such thieves User's recommendation: Never click on their link while purchasing a flight ticket.
