Flights was cancelled on March 2020 for COVID-19, they received a refund from Air India Airlines but never returned the money back to me. I have been trying to contact them for over a year now, they keep promising the refund, but they never do, such a horrible experience and such thieves User's recommendation: Please never booked any ticket from Tripair Site.
