Fraud on my accounts

For over two years I have not been able to pay my maintenance fees online like I have for almost 11 years! I keep calling them but nothing has been done. One of my accounts says I* cannot pay because there is another owner of my condo. They have done nothing but screw me around and lie! TWO years people!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY! THEY ALL LIE.
