Earlier this year the leasing office sent out a memo saying they would be doing a walk-thru to check residents patio's and 24hrs after I noticed my stack of credit cards was missing from the upper shelf of my walk-in closet. No one has the key to my apartment, I don't have visitors because the parking policy is trash and leasing office denied being in my apartment. The cards were never used and I filed a police report but I've lost complete trust in the office staff every since then and every time I go in there it's always an inconvenience. I had a second vehicle added to my lease and they told me I have to pay an extra $35 a month for reserved parking, and the nearest spot was 10 buildings away. I addressed this issue numerous times, no one in the office cared to make reason of this issue after I was forced to walk in rain, snow, and dark conditions just to drive or check on my vehicle. I sell the car 6 months later and now I'm being told I have to pay an ADDITIONAL 2 months for reserved parking because it's a 60 day policy on returning the sticker. This is *** Where in the world do you lay 2 months extra for something you're no longer using???? Not to mention they prorated my first half month of usage, I paid it before I got the sticker and the next month they forwarded the amount that I already paid and now saying I still owe them because when I paid it was past the billing cycle. The reviews online speak for themselves, this is the worst managed place I've ever lived in Maryland.
