Bad Customer Service and Experience
This happened on 26/02/2021 19:07 PM in Family Mart Caltex Raja Uda, where a female staff named Nabila showing her poor customer service attitude. It happened when I was enquiring the fillings inside the chicken balls , she was in front of me but ignore my questions while rolling her eyes as wearing face mask. Her body language was showing annoyance. I was standing there for almost 5 to 10 mins until she replied me "cheese". Perhaps she could have given a better response to her customer. While paying at counter, she was unprofessionally complaining alot of work to do in front of other staff and customers. I hope she can improve her customer service skills to provide better customer experience instead of driving them away.
