Was contacted by Q- Grips and was told they never received an order from me and to dispute charge. Seems there are others selling the product as Q-Grips. The good news is the company I ordered from did in fact ship me the product and I cancelled my claim. Since the package had no name or address, not sure who I could have contacted. Buyers beware who you are are dealing with User's recommendation: Check the validity of the company you are purchasing from.
