Applying for job

I am trying to understand what is the issue with my applications.every time I am applying for jobs in Boots,I get back answer that it was not successful,why what is that?I need to understand what is the problem.is impossible that every time i apply,I dont passed to the next step.would you mind to explain the reason, at list I'll try to improve ,fix whatever is the issue. Thank you
