My very large and expensive umbrella has green mold and mildew on it. I spike to customer service. She suggested to try and clean it and if that dies not work to call back. She gave me a service claim number and said the fabric is covered for 3 years. I am not quite at 2 years yet. This umbrella is so large I am not sure how to tackle that but will try at least a small area to see if it works. The service rep who took my call was wonderful!
