Waiting more than a month to receive a $330 refund

Ordered merchandise, returned via Canada Post, received by the Bay on June 4th, it is now July 8 and yet to receive refund. Called several times, told it will be escalated, a supervisor will call me but so far nothing. Call centres are overseas so that much more frustrating. User's recommendation: Return merchandise to store. Unfortunately it was during lockdown and I wanted to receive the refund ASAP.
