I was and am very upset with the type of or lack of service that I received on my calls. I was passed around and hung up on. I asked to be transferred to the people that handle the group booking and was transferred to the wrong person 5 times. I feel to be one spending and bringing in so much money to you and to have this type of service was a big slap in the face. as
