Absolutely no idea what customer service is.

Original review updated by user Apr 16, 2021 I waited on the phone 1 hr. and 15 minutes to speak to a supervisor. When he finally came on the line he lectured me instead of any attempt to help me. When I became upset with his attitude, he hung up. This company wouldn't know customer service if they stepped in it.
