called and was told that the hand receiver batteries needed be replaced and a new hand set only was what I only needed and was to be sent to me asap.I questioned why the base doesnt need to go as well. Lady told me it was fine. One week went by and no replacement. My doctor called a few days later and asked me whats going on with my medTronic device,I told him I tried twice and it wasnt working. I called med Tronics again and talk to a lady and she told me that my whole device needs be replace ??
