Hi my name is Maria and I have heard from you guys and I have an issue which I need help . So last year I bought a ticket to travel to my country Portugal from Dulles International Airport to Porto by Expedia which was connected to tap air Portugal because the prices were very fair total amount of little over $2000.00 , so because of the COVID-19 pandemic my flight was cancelled thereafter I have tried several attempts to get in touch with them but without success. The first time I spoke with one costumer representative which was very unprofessional .
