While on an overnight stay (July 31- August 1 2021) at the Crestwood Il location, a guest gained entry into my room with their key card at 11:30 pm. To say the least, this ordeal was very upsetting! I called the front desk, from my cell phone because the rooms phone was inoperable, to try and find out why this happened and they disregarded my issue! At this point my room key is rendered worthless!Then once again at 6:30 am it happened once again! Apparently everyone on the floors key works except mine! I would like to know what you intend to do to rectify these shocking incidents!!!
