Complaint how I was treated

I went to the store in Fairfield ca.off of 251 Pittman road a place I go to often and have always been pleased with the staff until today. I ordered a giant turkey and roast beef and was told by the African American girl that she could not heat up my sub as I requested. I thought she was kidding so I stated you're kidding right? And she said no I can't because there was something else already on the grill I said ok I will wait and she again said and I quote We can't do it if there is something on the grill. i will never go back again I was offended good customer.no more User's recommendation: Don't go if this is the kind if staff you hire.
