Original review updated by user Feb 20, 2021 I used Homeadvisor in Metairie to get some electrical work done. The contracter who came out gave me a quote far above and beyond what Homeadvisor had quoted. When I said other electrictions were coming to give a quote, suddenly his quote became more reasonable. Fine. He did the work for less than his quote and I paid him by check. 2-3 months later Homeadvisor charged my credit card for an additional 921.00. Scammed. User's recommendation: Be very cautious of whom you do business with. And avoid Homeadvisor.
