Company is impossible to get ahold of and doesn’t value my time

I purchased several 20 Volt garden tool products and went to register the warranty Saturday via the internet. I attempted to open an account and then to activate their warranties. After several failed attempts I called CS and after a 25 on hold was offered a 24hour call back option. User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else if you expect support.
