Update by user May 23, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They have honored their warranty. They've also informed me they're constantly working on improving their technology and thanks for the feedback.. Original review posted by user May 22, 2021 Have Worx weed eater, pole-saw, drill, air compressor, and blower. The batteries being interchangeable helps. They all are given a workout and have held up pretty good. It's just the 2 Amp battery is too weak for long durations. I have to use multiple batteries to finish. It's fine if you just need to do touch-ups. After switching to the 4 Amp battery, it has improved a lot. The pole-saw and air compressor seems to like the 4 Amp battery better. The drill was replaced by Worx when it quit working after 3 months of use. The replacement drill has now seen 4 years of use. After they ask some questions, a new one was sent out.
