It difficult to contact cust services number.Iam a walmart associate which bought yesterday a water diapenser great value branch but us not cooling the water at all.I did all step said on booklet but still get regular water temp.I dint know where else to call.just get machines or fax num tone.i will return it to walmart and may purchase in different store due can not contact any support.this is my numb ig you can call me 469992**** Thanks
