After dealing with Josh, the rude co manager at the Ingles in Waynesville, I called the corporate office, and they happily looked up my account, verified my purchase and approved the refund the next day. Kudos to corporate but the co manager at the barber RD ingles was not pleasant or acting in the companys best interest. He could have done the same thing corporate did User's recommendation: If you don’t get treated fairly, call corporate offices.
