Split pickles

I have bought two jars of whole pickles recently, and in both jars, every single pickle was split. I would like to know what is going on with your product. We believe in quality control and love your product. Lot # 10 23 72 * 05271 4**** (large jar) 10..23 Lot # 19..31 72 3 0**** 00360 or 19 31 72 ****1 00360 (small Jar) Texans like whole pickles.
