Tried setting up an account with Studypool only to get stuck at finalize account. However I tried to provide the required info (4 of 4 pages), it would just go back to page 1 and the cycle continues. Since it was so closed to finals, got busy and had forgotten about the account set up. Meanwhile, I have been charged for 2 months and at this point, cant find a way of canceling the account. I tried accessing the account only to end up requesting a password reset as I never have accessed since. Engine searches will tell you that Studypool doesnt provide any refund. This is the biggest scam ever. User's recommendation: Don’t fall for this.
