I had 3 days too cancel my order, I called the next day, I called safe step tub and spoke to Kevin Scott he assured me that my $2000 would be refunded in 2 to 3 days, here it is 2 weeks and I left several messages. And no one has responded. User's recommendation: Make sure you read the reviews!!
