I bought 3 pairs of shoes I never received, contact customer service and they said I should wait for an email, then they said I should report to fedex and open an investigation, then they said I should wait a few days, then they said they could send me the shoes again, then they said they can't send me the shoes and that nobody could have offered me a replacement, even though the call was recorded and that was what they offered me, then fedex says I can't open research and that Sam edelman should do it ... Sam edelman says no, that I should do it with fedex. Conclusion Sam Edelman the worst place to buy, they have stolen my $ 300 dollars. It's been more than days and I never received any other updates from Sam Edelman.
