Terrible Cust service regarding the points program “Hilton Honors”

I have/had an old (non working) email address in the honors profile. I could not find the honors member number. Their system is setup to only respond to the number, or email in the profile to help get into the account, and to get a live person on the phone is impossible User's recommendation: Avoid Hilton Honors, just go to one of the other booking apps.
