Wrong item received and items not delivered but charged for

I ordered two pairs of socks they stated I got them on Wednesday but the socks wasnt on the packing slip. They originally tried to get me to file a claim for being lost or stolen, but I let the Rep know I had all my packing slips and they never sent it. He checked his system and came back saying I should get them Saturday smh. Next I ordered a short sleeve Tommy Hilfiger shirt they sent me a long sleeve shirt. He told me they couldnt re-ship the correct unit. I would have to do a return and reorder the item. They basically dont care. User's recommendation: Don’t order online seriously.
