I received an email that my Lume Deodorant order was delivered, however it wasn't. There is no customer service person to talk to. You have to write an email to support, and it will take up to 5 days for them to respond. This is unacceptable! User's recommendation: Do not order from this company, you may never get it!

》 Item paid for on or around April 9th, I have a shipping number but no item has been received, customer service email appologises with standard email about high volume and 7 to 8 day turn around.
