Item paid for on or around April 9th, I have a shipping number but no item has been received, customer service email appologises with standard email about high volume and 7 to 8 day turn around.

The product was ordered and paid for in April, but no product has been delivered, customer service has apologized through email with a standard answer message, which I have received 6 or 7 times with the same turn around times. Still nothing has arrived, but they have my money., still want item! arrived, but som User's recommendation: lock in delivery date or COD.
