We check in yesterday they charged 25.00 for our pet.. Which today we needed to extend our stay another day. Which they charged another 25.00 for our pet. They stayed that they charged that fee for each individual day. Which I do not believe that is right. Then fee is for cleaning the clean which has not been cleaned while we where here or before we where here. The floors are so dirty it turned my feet black from the dirt on the floor. Another other hotel only charges this fee one time in the slotted time stayed. We rebooked before 1100 check out and they still charged this is not right. The location is 8555 Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville FL
