Good morning, sorry but I have a big problem. My LO has this problem: his tablet was reset 2 days ago. When a tablet is reset, everything is erased. The kiosk should put all the apps back on the tablet, but that didn't happen. The only apps on his tablet are the "settings" and "radio" apps. He has logged into the kiosk several times trying to solve the problem, but nothing happens. Please can you help me??? I'm desperate...
