Tablet was not returned to me

Upon release from prison I forwarded my tablet to Securus Tech/Jpay for unlocking approximately 6 months ago and have not received my tablet as of yet. I have a tracking number that says Jpay received my tablet on November 12, 2020 and Im being told they cannot find it. Impossible to speak to a representative. I invested over 800.00 in music and games on my tablet and am very upset that Im being given the run around by Jpay
