I sent 2 money orders to clear my brothers account and its been over 2 months and still nothing the number on the website is disconnected and they keep giving me the run around on jpay as well this is unprofessional and I want to know wheres my money .I've sent emails to jpay support as well and still nothing not even an email .I hope they find a better company to handle their affairs because our loved ones don't need this just because they are incarcerated User's recommendation: try not to use them but if you do make sure nobody mess up they account because it's ridiculous.
