Trying to get my music media I purchased sent to me

I tried to get a hold of a representative to ask about getting my music that I purchased on my tablet when I was incarcerated sent to me on a CD or hard drive. I spent over $900 on music and I would like it sent to me please but I kept getting automated options and none of the options was helping not what I needed.
