Update by user Jul 12, 2021 Response from Jpay did not address any aspect of my complaint. Original review posted by user Jul 11, 2021 Several times I tried to correctly buy stamps for a contact in Idaho. Instead, the stamps were posted for a contact in Florida. I called to complain, and a Rep tried to help and walked me through the process to make sure I did it correctly, despite the fact that I've done this for a long time. That purchase never showed up either and didn't even go to my contact in Florida. Their system is set up so that you cannot easily contest a wrong, and you can't get a refund no matter what. Even if you can prove it was not your fault. Most people who use this monopoly service do not have the money to lose. My loss is nearly $100 for e-stamps! Jpay needs federal regulation!! User's recommendation: Files complaints with the BBB and licensing agency.
