My emails are not coming up in the JPay system I'll talk to a customer service representative she try to look up my name when she found my name and seeing that I've been sent emails on it however that the email address is not popping up in JPay system and it's not letting me go through with my password. The representative told me to do it this way it would have been more effective to do it this way but I have put money on that account I just can't get in I don't know why it's not showing up in JPay system and I just put money on there yesterday.
